What does this mean?
More than just a slice.
We use the best products for our Neapolitan styled pizzas. Dough hydration and fermentation is mastered to the climate and weather, with quality sourced flour and tomatoes that derive from San Marzano. Fresh local and regional produce.
Hailed for his executive chef skills and ownership of kitchens across Sydney and Canberra, Cheffy Howard Povey would like to show you, on what you can do in a woodfired oven. Pricing above is subject to change. Prices are GST exclusive. The pricing is for events of approximately up to 50 persons and within 45 minutes of Grenfell, NSW. For events with more guests or greater distance, please contact me directly.
Povey’s provides a self-service style catering with biodegradable disposable plates, napkins, serving trays, platters and biodegradable cutlery. Please see our Terms and Conditions page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
QUOTATION AND INVOICING
Quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise specified. Upon acceptance of the quotation we will issue you an invoice and require a 50% deposit within seven (7) days of issuing the invoice or the minimum booking fee. Please confirm numbers fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event including dietary requirements (gluten free/dairy free), noting that all our products will have traces of gluten due to the single oven space. Remainder of the invoice +/- 50% of invoice depending on numbers must be paid seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. The minimum booking fee is required in all instances, We are unable to refund for booked in guests who do not arrive to your event. Unaccounted additional heads will be charged, following the event. Payment terms maybe subject to change.
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances where we have to cancel within 48 hours of your event, refunds will not be issued but we will be happy to reschedule. Cancellations by the customer on the Day of event to four (4) Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non refundable. Customers may reschedule up to four (4) Days prior to Event, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses such as staff costs may be charged
ABOUT YOUR SITE
CONNECTION TO ELECTRICITY
The Povey’s Food Truck connects to single phase power (standard residential connection) and I will need to connect to your power supply.
SUITABILITY OF SITE
A flat site, ease of access to enter and exit the site (please do not park me in).
AREA TO SERVE
Please let me know if you have serving tables or require me to bring my own.
